CSI Solar module families include TOPCon and PERC options for different project scales.
Canadian Solar TOPHiKu6
SOLAR PANELS

TOPHiKu6

A monofacial TOPCon module family with residential and larger-format variants. Monofacial modules are designed to collect usable sunlight primarily from the front surface. The appropriate format depends on roof space, racking and handling requirements. TOPCon identifies the cell technology and does not remove the need for detailed electrical matching. We verify the exact TOPHiKu6 model, inverter compatibility and installation requirements for the project.
Canadian Solar TOPBiHiKu6
SOLAR PANELS

TOPBiHiKu6

A bifacial TOPCon module family. Rear-side energy contribution depends on racking, ground reflectance and site conditions. Bifacial modules can collect additional light on the rear surface when the installation allows it. A low-clearance roof should not be assumed to achieve the same rear-side benefit as an open ground mount. The production model needs suitable assumptions for height, spacing and surface reflectance. We verify the exact module, racking design and electrical limits before estimating its contribution.
Canadian Solar HiKu6
SOLAR PANELS

HiKu6

A PERC module family in several formats. Select a model using the project’s electrical and mechanical requirements. This family offers an alternative cell technology to compare with newer TOPCon options. Physical dimensions and electrical ratings vary between models within the family. Panel choice should consider usable area, mounting compatibility and expected energy production. We confirm the specific HiKu6 datasheet, inverter pairing and warranty for the proposed array.
